This week the World Health Organization classified COVID-19 as a pandemic. The City of La Quinta is posting regular updates from the CDC and Riverside County Public Health about the actions to protect the community and slow the spread.


City Clerk's Department

City Clerk - Monika Radeva
The City Clerk's Department is responsible for the preparation and distribution of City Council agendas; maintaining accurate records and legislative history of City Council actions; providing safe-keeping and storage of the City's official records and archives; and providing records retrieval and legislative research for City departments and the public.

The City Clerk's Department also performs centralized processing of all recorded documents; maintains campaign and economic interest statement filings; oversees local elections; and administers the City's centralized Records Management Program and the City-wide optical imaging system. 

The City Clerk's Department personnel consist of:
