Meetings

Regular City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday and usually begin at 4:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.

If a Closed Session is scheduled, the meeting may begin between 2:00 or 4:00 p.m., or may be scheduled anytime before meeting adjournment in accordance with a duly noticed agenda. Closed Sessions are not open to the public, but any decisions made in Closed Sessions will be announce during the open/public portion of the meeting.

Meeting Agendas and Related Materials

In accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code § 54950 - 54963), the City posts agendas at least 72 hours in advance of regular meetings, and 24 hours in advance of special meetings, which outline all matters that will be discussed or acted upon, and discussion and determinations are limited to matters listed on the agenda.

Be aware that last minute changes are sometimes necessary and the City reserves the right to make changes to staff reports prior to the beginning of each meeting. The City also reserves the right to make changes to the order of items listed on the agenda.
