Description: An amendment to the Andalusia Specific Plan to change the layout of golf and residential lands for the vacant portion of the Specific Plan west of Madison Street. The amendment also updates the design guidelines to a more contemporary architectural style on the west side, from the currently approved Spanish architecture depicted and implemented on the east side. The west side will  allow 18 holes of golf, up to 750 residential units, and up to 60,000 square feet of commercial development at the northeast corner of Madison Street and Avenue 58. This represents no change in the number of residential units, and a 20,000± square foot decrease in the commercial square footage from what is currently allowed in the Specific Plan.

Tentative Tract Map 2025-0001
Subdivides the 390± acres located west of Madison Street into 204 single family lots, three future condominium lots totaling 29.1 acres, and multiple lots for golf course development, right of way dedication, well sites, a 6.8 acre commercial site, open space and interior private streets.

Site Development Permit 2025-0001
Includes the site plan and the landscaping plans for the golf course and perimeter landscaping along Avenue 58, Madison Street and Avenue 60.

Site Development Permit 2025-0002
Includes the site plan, architectural plans and landscape plan for the sales center to be located on Madison Street, south of the commercial parcel. The sales center will include an office and showroom for the future homes and golf course. No model homes are proposed at this time.
